NEW DWELLING – Warwickshire

A retirement bungalow set in the rear garden of a couples long term dwelling.

The shell construction is entirely made of Structural Insulated Panels (SIPs), with exposed Glulam beams supporting the SIPs roof. The elevations are clad in a mixture synthetic render and Cedar boarding, whilst the single ply roof is covered in Sedum.

This extremely energy efficient build is partially sunk into the hillside site, and with its Green roof, minimises the visual impact of this small but prominent site on the entrance to the village.
